The Role of the Convener in Group Coaching
Kalam: The group has started to take that, I guess, ownership of that itself. You get much better performance out of a team when everybody in the team is, is, you know, stepping into, up to, to own in that. So it's kind of interesting as well as I listen in is I'm not sure what my value add is. And maybe that process is being a team coach. There's a point of knowing when to hang around but also parallel with learning from others.
