Affirmative Consent, Is It Hard to Tell?

I think the whole point of affirmative consent in a sense is that it's so hard to tell. I'm not somebody who is trying to prohibit sex before marriage or anything. But if you're talking about, like, what's the practical remedy to the unfortunate and injurious outcome of this sort of sexual interaction? It would have to be at every stage.
