i stolk oblation is when they kind of crush the eye of the female shrimp in order to induce them to lay eggs sooner and in larger number. D's like i mean, it sounds awful. Is there any way of explaining why that would be? Yes. It was figured out by other people who are trying to raise shrimps back into seventies or eighties. There's a certain the crustaceans, and specifically prawns, have a gland in behind their eyes that secretes a hormon that regulates the amount of eggs that a female would lay.
