If you had an athlete come in and the a training, they want a train for marathon. What information would you like to know in order to tailor it for the individual? I know you you briefly just mentioned an experience like one year compared to ten years. Is there any other information that you find crucial to tailor that programme to someone? Yes. So i do write a lot of custom programmes for runners who have some sort of goal. You know, i tailor them really to almost any goal,. anything from weight lost to building a big base to running a fast race - whatever distance it might be.
