The Importance of Controlling Emotions
A lot of high achieving men, they get that way because they suppress emotion. One of the demands that's placed on men and has been placed on men throughout history is you're supposed to set your emotion aside. But now we live in such a comfortable age that there's more space for men to begin expressing their emotions but they don't have fluency with it.
