i'm very conscious ofwe, as a manager, holding one onon meetings with people who work for me. It's very easy for me to accidentally shut down an idea without really intending to. And so when i do that, there are two things that i do. I say, what if, like a yes and and i ask lots of questions,. How do you think about that? What happens if we do this? Those kinds of things.
