Is It a Russian Puppet?
The plan is to create this continuous, continuous enclave of occupied territory from sa karkive down to the crimean peninsula. That would be his third viano. Once that area is consolidated or put under russian control, it may be presented as an autonimous and there will be a puppet government set up there. But in any case, i think that this eastern enclave could become a real factor in the effort by international mediators and possibly eventually by ukraine and RUSSIA looking towards an off rank peace deal.
