I was a very emotionally guarded guy until aged 29, when i finally realized i was the problem with all my relationship failures. And men are focused, taught really to focus on themselves and not be that relational. So that turns into two adults, if we want to use the heteronomative language, a man who's emotionally distant, repressed, clueless and not that ated. A woman who's frustrated, emotionally in tune, wanting to have connection, wanting to work on it, wanting to talk through it, and feeling a pist cause she's with an emotionally unavailable guy.
