Van Gogh landscape sold for $107 million last year. The claimants are asking for damages of $750 million. They argue that the Japanese insurance company has benefited from holding it. I think it's going to be very protracted and take a long time, says Martin. In the meantime, the painting will presumably continue on display in the Tokyo Museum.
