What Is Blanc Monge Cornstarch Pudding?
There was a layer in that dish that my sister and I have been struggling for years to figure out whether it's me and I or how she made it. She called the cobbler. My first thought is whatever it is, it has to be a very thick batter. It has to be like a really more than a cake batter, right? Because otherwise it's just going to immediately go right down to the peaches and end up mixing with it. Right. Maybe it's a combination of peaches and Blanc Monge. And you could put in the oven, right? Yep.
