So your metrics are going to tell you whether you're moving towards that vision, and if you're progressing in the way you want to. And if you're not, then that also tells you that it's probably time to change direction, or change tactics, or change products. The example that comes to mind is the start up called cabam. They did multiple pivots over ten years, three different pivots. But with each one of these hypotheses or the products they built, they found that they were not reaching their goals or where they wanted
