Compiler, Is It Deliberate?

So how does it actually work? Because obviously the compiler is doing a few steps, and then ultimately it then creates a binery that's made up of a from the machine code. And that must have been possible because of the way t hat they built the tool system. So i will just pin o build things on my left top, because it's going to be faster. And then i will push it to the raspberry pie because it'sjust so much easy to do cross comp on. And, oh, it's just lik, may be like, ten times faster or something.
