I'm a third generation Malaysian Chinese born so I came here in 1978 to study at the not East London Polytechnic. The first Christmas I was here I came up to Liverpool that's when I met Trisa we met in a discothe called Romeo and Juliet it sounds romantic but it does sound romantic. What was it like being trained up by your father-in-law to work in this kitchen?
