The Body Is Like Inflation, Right?

The first thing you can start doing is just practising that self compassion. We know that much like the body is like inflation, if you think there's going tobe inflation, you'll cause inflation. And inhe investigating not just the thinking, but the relationship between the thoughts and the sensations in our body will help us get more information. For people who do have a diagnoses, or do have, like, you know, diseases, or are sick in whatever way that means, there still can be lots of room to identify moments of feeling better within whatever the bouncy house of health you've got going on.
