Doom a Crawl?
I was looking at a report recently that said the IPCC should be looking much more closely at bad and worst cases because these aren't particularly likely, but they're certainly possible. So ignoring three degrees, four degrees, five degrees, see global average temperature rise is its madness. Leadership in tackling climate chaos is critical. And yet we see the UK suffering a total collapse of leadership at the top that has soiled the entire body politic quite literally. At the international level, we have transnational problems like rainforest and ocean ecosystem collapse, vulnerable nations who urgently need support and solidarity. I hope something along those lines will come out of COP 27 as soon as possible to minimize impacts rather than stop things
