Sino moslem romanization under the soviets somehow dove tailed and converged with the chinese effort to romanize in the 19 thirties. So these two, ashe caned, two halves, came together 19 30,. except by then nobody really cano remember to sign o moslems, and maybe they don't want to. Well, ok, that's, that's an incredible story. And it also goes to show how, like, as much as we try to impose our will on language, it also changes in ways that are unpredictable.
