Putin and Lukashenko - Is Now a Good Time?

CNN's John Defterios says it was never a given that Russia could stage an invasion from Belarus. The border of Belarus is only 50 miles away, and the country has been at odds with Vladimir Putin since he came to power in 2006. He says Lukashenko led a regime that was most sort of Russia-friendly among post-Soviet countries. But now they're very much at odds over economic policy; one thing Lukashenko hasn't allowed is Russian oligarchs taking over assets there.
