Then they call what i call values, they call needs, which could be confusing to people. And the fourth quadrant of actions and strategies, they call requests; that's kind of silly for someone to ask you to take action on their behalf. "I like for people to just assess the vehicle that you're in, and, if possible, the other persons vehicle," he says.
