Copulation Is Important in Evolution

The fish were the ones that invented copulation and made sex intimate for the first time. If you don't copulate what's your option? You can lay lots of eggs but a fish like salmon and trout that can lay tens of thousands of eggs only hope one or two make it to survival. So when you copulate you invest in much fewer young inside the female, so humans especially are better off if we have sexual intercourse.
