Why Do You Send Target Letters to the Grand Jury?
A target letter tells people, hey, maybe i should come in and flip on these other people and co operate against them. And as clients so often do, do dumb things. That gives the government an easier case. I don't understand why you would augment there by rattling the cage and getting some of these people to flip on each other. It seems like itit wouldn't be that sort of ation to me. Am i wrong about that? I think you are. Because nothing about the post election operation by trump offiliats speaks of discipline. And it's completely credible that there is going to be testimony or documents out there where they more or less give up the
