In the book, I actually put a few samples. The worst notes are no notes at all. So if you just take basic notes, it's still better than no notes. Second tier up is at least capture key decisions and action items or who's responsible for them. And so it doesn't have to be verbose, it just has to capture the most salient points. It really depends on how much ground you cover.
