I was very lucky to be there right time right place with somebody who I had a great relationship with. He gave me five years as a transition point to save up the money to buy a practice and also support that journey which he did. Having great mentors is so essential to wanting to do anything that's beyond let's face it we don't get trained on how to run a dental practice at uni. It's a different skill set it's a different mindset, she says.
