Two thirds of exacts report they are designing post pandemic work force plans with little to know, direct input from employees. Three quarters of exacts say they want to work from the office three to five days a week,. versus 34 % of employees. Forty four percent of exacts says that they want work from theoffice every day, compared to just 17% of employees.
