The FTC's Decision to Merge Microsoft and Activision

It's clear that Microsoft and Activision both want this to go through. It all still feels like there's a ticking bomb though. There's a reason why they didn't say, you know what, let's just put it off till October. They could probably have done that, but they didn't do that. Well, why? Because they want to keep the heat on the regulatory communities and governments. So this is both against them and for them in a weird way to have these deadlines.
