The Problem With Artificial Intelligence
The idea behind artificial intelligence is that it's essentially a programme which can mimic intelligence of some form. It comes in many different flavors, including pattern recognition and decision making. The trouble with such systems is they are often very opaque - so hard to work out how the system has done it. But i think he kind of legal problem is one that's not going to be a problem for hedge funds who buy data from novel sources like ha maly lights or people standing outside factories counting trucks.
