What Is Unique About Newman?

There are some aspects that are typical of Newman. He put a great stress on all the spheres of life being part of the same theological life. There's this notion that Newman developed that's called the elatives sense, which for him is a way to show that you can be rational anybody but God without having all the rational reasons for believing by God. And that's very distinctive in his apologia.
