The 15 second version of low-carb vegan is three to four then per day one eat whatever you want day per week and that's really it. The hardest part for me usually tofu every now and then i'll do a vegan meat um and sometimes i'll do vegan protein powder so that's what your meals are three to four each day. You can also buy the food online or in smaller stores such as Whole Foods, Albertsons and other places like that.
