Graves Disease - Is There a Thyrodectome?
This is an auto immune disease caused by an anna body to the t s h receptor. This results in hyper thyrodism, you'll have a diffuse uptake of the entire thyrod gland. With graves disease, you can't think about radioactive oblation, although it can exasperate some of the ocular symptoms that you have with grave disease. Every once in while, these people will need a thyrodactome.
