I think there's a lot of thoughtfulness coming from tech workers about their place in the world. I see echoes of that in the tech worker organizing that we see now, but it's a really uphill battle. And tech is pretty committed to showing that it has control of its labor costs. If you were had the year of the city council, I don't know the politics of Palo Alto. What advice would you have for them?
