The Public Service Is Better Than Government
The opposition parties have been shockingly absent on this issue. The public sector literally exists to do this work, he says. It's rich in a certain way for Pauliav to make an issue out of it, because Harper who he served under was doing the exact same thing. When you are working with a private company, it is completely opaque. And I wonder if that's not just one side of government working with these companies but maybe that's part of the value too.
