I think that's so important. The first podcast i ever did was with ben rozario, coincidentlly, a neighbouring team. And he said if you don't have things going on outside of running, i feel bad for you. Lik, if you're training at a competitive level, no matter what level you're at, you will get injured. So you need these things around you that will be there if you can run or if you can't run. I respect ben as a coach so much. He's got some incredible philosophies,. and is really on point with kind of knowing how healthy and how important having outside outlets for just yet, just for people's mental well
