I welcome people to my email list in short. And I send them a series of a few different emails that tells them a little bit about who I am and what they just downloaded, maybe some next steps to put that into action. This is a great place to add social proof testimonials are really powerful. If you do a bi weekly newsletter, if one is too much to start with, just do something, have some type of connection point on a semi regular basis for your audience.
