I've not had out of control issues. We have a very formalized process with our moderators. Our moderators are thoroughly vetted. So if there are people that come in to troll, we just eat them. There's no room for that and that doesn't bother me at all. It feels like an old school AOL chat room where you get to chat with your friends and my community also values it.
