Sashan: My first career was in advertising and I moved up to London age 20, started working in that fantastically exciting world of advertising. When the company I was working for was acquired by Sartis it was about a morph into this 18 million turnover company. That was the moment where I thought, I am not a big company person. So there I was age 25,. And I set up my first business really with no foresight or planning on what was that business even going to do. "I've never been one of those people for me work and life and love and happiness and everything," he says.
