The Rise and Fall of US Stock Ownership

US stock ownership was falling, especially after the financial crisis. But now it's coming back up and I think part of that is just the stock market we're covering from theFinancial Crisis. Part of that is the wealthy, the rich are getting richer. And I think that's part of what is helping it along. So the rise was started about in 2016. The market bottom back in 2009, it left a mark. No doubt about that.
