For someone who does have conditions such as MS and five-armounger, what suggestions would you give them to be more proactive with their condition? I'd stop by taking my tour and doing the South border but also by recognizing that actually you've you've got you've got the control of your body. If you if your body is in fear a lot of the time if you're feeling stressed it you'll be anxious so if you can move yourself out of one state into another then you've got a lot to be grateful for.
