Chris: The biggest thing I think we're doing is we're really being extremely intentional around this support and so whether it's talking about going on habit formation challenges as an as an entire community. Chris: We've got these what we call boot camps where if you're really looking to dive into all things the one thing and get up to speed quickly. He says there's probably more than I'm forgetting about but that's just kind of the highlights yeah. You know a lot of times two weeks three weeks a month two months there's a pretty steep curve drop off on on those goals that you said and the likelihood that you're going to achieve them.
