The Importance of Safe Space in Relationships

A lot of the things that I've really struggled with has been about my relationship with my dad. And so to talk about that with him is difficult. So having like, you know, talking about today, a safe space to talk openly about that, I've learned so frickin' much in the last year. It doesn't cause problems when you least expect it.
