How to Protect Our Institutions From These Loud Minorities?

I worry that the people who are actually interested in the book and the idea are already more flexible to begin with, or are less predisposed to hate other groups. A lot of what's called the woke movement, is a very loud and determined minority, and i don't think they 're taking us to a good place. How do you get institutions resist this? I men it's sort of amazing to me, as someone who disagrees with the the way that the diversity, equity inclusion thing is going,. like no university president is willing to stand up to it.
