Is Moral Relativism a Good Idea?

Culture is the common beliefs that people in variety of different societies have about what's right, right or wrong. And if i look around me, as far as i can tell, most people in thew old really believe in moral absolutism. They disagree about what the true morals are, of course, but most of them believe that they're right, and people disagree with them are wrong. So i don't really see a large difference along those lines. I like both tim and maria, i don't think that moral relativism makes a whole lot of sense tat.
