facebook has a really, really interesting strategy for avoiding paying pretty much any tax in australia. So what they do is they label that subsidiary as a re seller of advertising space for the singapore business. That way me, as a business in australia, have equal expenses to revenue and pay no tax. And brandon, who is selling the basket balls to me, has all f the revenue, which means he has all the profit, and then he pays tax in singapore.
