Is Cultured Beef Better for the Environment?

It takes a lot of electricity primarily to power these bio reactors and make sure that you can actually divide the cells to produce meat from them. So I think, you know, if you're really thinking about doing this in an environmentally friendly way or in a low carbon way, then the electricity for that needs to be coming from renewable sources like wind like solar. It would still be better using those fossil fuels than farming beef in our usual way.
