Antibiotics - Should I Use Anobiotics?

Internal medicine round is a favorite parlor game on internal medicine rounds. It involves quizzing each other about what antibiotics cover, and then narrowing it down from there. I first think, why am i using these anobiotics? Is the cindrom, more of an infectious disease in rom, or a non infectious disease sindrom? Do i have time to see how the patient responds to current therapetic regiments? And do i need to order any specific tests before i start anibiotics to increase my yield of those tests? So that's, that's how i approach annibiotics.
