The Importance of Asking Why
Coaching is not a profession which has big implications for it now. There's an element of if you're working in the more professional game you should have at least having what's now the England rugby advanced coach awards but they then have another one above that football. If you want to work in professional football you now need I believe a minimum of a UA for B and probably quite quickly you need to be having your advanced youth license and UA for A so there is still room for improvement.
