There have been a lot of layoffs and yeah restructuring then again there has been precedent so last year we discussed quite a bit about how google laid off its kind of leaders of its ethics research team Timnet Gebru and Margaret Mitchell. It very well may be conceivable that there's a sort of more practical explanation under the hood but honestly I think at this point the the onus is kind of is going to have to be more or less on on Microsoft to at least make it clear what their reasoning was here.
