Is This a Violation of the First Amendment?

Texas says everybody can have a spiritual visor in the chamber with them, but they're to stand in the corner and not say anything. The question is does this violate the for exercise clause the constitution of the fourteenth of the first amendment or the religious land use and institutionalized persons act? i don't kno. I was looking at the briefing, and yous, the basic idea is, if you can show that the state is burdening your religion, they need to come up with eally good reason thas they have to do it.
