The Importance of QBR Documentation in the Workplace

I've never seen so much open sharing of information. It feels more like a collaborative process, like a whole bunch of contractors talking about things even when it's your manager. Lots of times though, I find the manager has a context that you're just not aware of. So there's a lot of other contexts that leaders don't have time to know about. We're given that information in a kind of amazing way.
