Focus on the Way Your Body Looks

There is a big difference when you're very focused on and everyone that is on a fitness journey doesn't want to get better shape. So there's this innate focus on how my body looks over time. And as you build these abilities, you do gain an appreciation for the ability my body has, verses just what my body can look like. Even cross fit, i know so many people have shit to say about cross fit, you leave the focus on the body, it's still going to be there.
