While the anti-natalist philosophy is often considered to be against sentient human life, recognition of the misfortune of having been born does not relegate you to dowerness, suffering, complaining, or misery. A cheerful person that says it sucks that all of us have been born and we can't let any, we should try or not. Pursuit pleasure for yourself and others and avoid contributing to suffering.
