When your product or project is untested, many people have ideas that could be built with a no code tool. By doing this, they allow themselves to learn if the idea works. Test it on no code if you can. See if it's good. If it's good, boom, you can go wherever you want. Go to the coded. It doesn't matter. Projects that not scale out of a no code tier will come out within a reasonable amount of time. You may be able to use this situation to save money by letting the marketing team run that part of the project which frees up any devs that work at company.
